Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on bakostshop.com. By sending an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Who we are
Bakost Keychains is a small independent shop making hand-finished mini sneaker keychains. We are two students running the shop alongside our studies. All customer communication goes through bakost.office@gmail.com.
2. Products and prices
Every keychain costs €5,99 including all applicable taxes. Products are made and finished by hand, so small differences in finish between individual pieces are normal and are not considered a defect.
Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order it, we contact you and either offer an alternative colorway or refund the amount in full.
3. Ordering
You can order as a guest — no account is required. After you submit your order you receive a confirmation email with your order number, an invoice in PDF and the payment details. This confirmation is the moment the purchase contract is concluded.
4. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer only. Use the variable symbol from your invoice so we can match your payment to your order. We start packing once the money arrives on our account. Orders that stay unpaid for 14 days are cancelled automatically.
5. Delivery
We ship inside Europe only. Current rates:

Free shipping on 3+ items. Orders are packed within 1–2 working days after payment arrives.
6. Withdrawal and returns
You may return any unused keychain within 60 days of delivery and we refund the product price. Email us first so we can confirm the return address and your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.
7. Complaints
Damaged, missing or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the piece or refund it at no extra cost. Complaints are handled within 30 days.
