Outside Europe we cannot ship yet. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery time
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days after your bank transfer arrives. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days inside Slovakia and Czechia, and 5–10 working days for the rest of Europe.
Returns
You can return any unused keychain within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Send us an email first so we can confirm the return address and your order number.
Damaged or missing items: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund it — no extra cost for you.
